ICE stands for Immigration and Customs Enforcement, which is a federal law enforcement agency founded to enforce our nation’s immigration laws. Not only is ICE responsible for policing illegal immigration, but also, along with Customs and Border Patrol (CBP), policing customs violations, such as the smuggling of arms, illicit drugs, or illegal contraband into our country. Obviously, the mission of ICE is vital to our national security, which is impossible without border security, which is impossible without the enforcement of our immigration laws, which is impossible without ICE.

Do you know the definition of the word enmity? It is hostility, animosity, ill-will, and hatred. The Bible begins with God's prediction of enmity between the seed of the serpent, the children of the devil, and the seed of the woman, the children of God (Genesis 3:15). Paul teaches that the carnal mind is at enmity with God and incapable of obedience to God (Romans 8:7). James adds that friendship with this world is enmity with God and that everyone who is a friend of the world is an enemy of God (James 4:4). The Bible even teaches us that the world is at such enmity with Christ that worldly foes will lay down their animosities toward one another in order to join forces against Christ (Luke 23:12).

I’ve got questions, which I believe every American should be asking, despite the fact that the disconcerting answers to these questions will not only prove the sheer hypocrisy of our leaders, but also the downright travesty of justice to be found in our land today.

Why, despite Democrats argument that state and local police cannot be utilized to waste their time cooperating with federal immigration officers in the apprehension and arrest of criminal illegal immigrants, has Seattle’s new Democrat mayor, Katie Wilson, ordered the Seattle Police Department to cooperate with anti-ICE protestors and agitators by spending their time tracking ICE agents and reporting on all of their activities in Seattle?
