For instance, this past week a Biden-appointed judge, in deep blue Manhattan, Jeannette Vargas, usurped the power of the presidency and singled-handedly dictated immigration policy by striking down the Trump Administration’s 75-country freeze on visas as “Orwellian.” Yet, hardly an eyebrow was raised among average Americans, who are either oblivious to this ominous act of judicial despotism or so accustomed to activist judges overstepping their authority that they no longer think anything about it.
