Let’s begin today with this; the presidential pardon power, which is a vast authority provided by a brief clause in our Constitution, is murky and ambiguous, as well as largely untested by our courts when it comes to its legal limits. Article II, Section 2, Clause 1, of the United States Constitution, simply states that the president "shall have Power to grant Reprieves and Pardons for Offenses against the United States, except in Cases of Impeachment.” In other words, a president has the power to pardon felons for federal crimes, but not the power to pardon criminals for state crimes or to overturn congressional impeachments. There is always fraud in elections. The only question is whether or not there is enough to alter election results. Far from being the safest and most secure election in American history, as we’ve been falsely and repeatedly told, we now know that the 2020 presidential election, apart from all of its anomalies and irregularities, which have never been explained to us, as well as its voluminous violations of state constitutions and election laws, was also riddled with fraud. On this 250th anniversary of America, we no longer find ourselves in America. The so-called America we find ourselves in today no longer even resembles yesterday’s America, which we once knew and loved. While I can celebrate on this 4th of July what we used to be, I cannot, in good conscience or in all sincerity, celebrate what we’ve now become.
