You can’t make this stuff up. It’s unbelievable. Top 2020 Democratic presidential candidates met in Washington DC yesterday at the so-called We The People Summit. Of course, they all tried to dash faster and farther out on the fringes of radical liberalism than their opponents. They championed the craziness that has become common fare for the far Left; things like, socialism, open borders, infanticide, euthanasia, the New Green Deal, judicial despotism; gun control, secularism, homosexual militancy, gender neutrality, racial demagoguery, anti-Semitism, Sharia Law, and social Marxism. In addition, they advocated for the abolishing of the presumption of innocence in our legal system by unconditionally championing the Me Too Movement and for the disenfranchising of America’s heartland in presidential elections by abolishing the Electoral College.

As if all of this was not bad enough, they began their day by chanting in unison a quote from a convicted cop-killer, Assata Shakur, who has the notorious distinction of being the only woman to make the FBI’s Most Wanted Terrorists list. After her conviction, this female member of the Black Liberation Army, escaped from prison, fled to Cuba, was granted asylum, and has been living there ever since. Shakur’s words publicly parroted by the We The People Summit participants are actually a reference to the famous, or should I say infamous, words of Karl Marx: “Let the ruling classes tremble at a Communistic revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. They have a world to win.”

Folks, it’s time we faced an incontrovertible fact. The Democratic Party is the epitomization of evil! Furthermore, to vote Democratic is to make yourself a party to the evil of today’s DNC. There is simply no excuse for a true Christian to either run for public office as a Democratic candidate or to vote for a Democratic candidate running for public office. The only way that a sincere and serious Christian could do so is out of sheer stupidity, and it is hard for me to believe that any Spirit-filled Christian could be so incredibly stupid.

Now, to assure you that I have no ulterior political motive in penning this post, but do so only out of my sincere Christian conviction, I am not implying in anyway by this piece that today’s Republican Party offers us a righteous alternative to today’s Democratic Party. The GOP, like the DNC, in my opinion, is evil as well. Granted, it appears at the present-time to be a lesser evil, but still an evil nonetheless. As I’ve argued for years, there is no greater proof of the inevitable, as well as impending, downfall of our nation than the fact that we no longer have any righteous alternatives. We’ve been reduced to choices between greater and lesser evils, neither of which is an appropriate choice for a Christian, who, according to Scripture, is to avoid even the appearance of evil (1 Thessalonians 5:22).
