Joe Biden is forecasting another dark winter this year, as he did lat year. While he claimed there would have been no COVID fatalities in America if his predecessor, Donald Trump, had done his job, now that he has the job, Biden is predicting COVID infected Americans will soon be dropping like flies. Of course, it's not Joe's fault, as it was Trump's, but the fault of the future fatalities themselves, for not knuckling under to Joe's bare-knuckled vaccine mandates.
According to our clinician and chief, the Omicron variant, which is presently most prevalent among the vaccinated, is about to wipeout the unvaccinated population of our representative republic. This, despite the fact it appears to be a much milder version of COVID, with only one reported death thus far in the whole wide world. In fact, scientists, unlike the wannabe sawbones now sitting behind the Resolute desk in the Oval Office, are reservedly optimistic that the Omicron strain of the COVID virus may transition the virus from pandemic to endemic; that is, to a regular virus that can be lived with more easily, like the seasonal flu.
Despite this good news, Joe Biden continues to don his prophet of doom mantle and forebodingly forecast the Grim Reaper tromping through our country and cutting a wide swath out of our unvaccinated population. Interestingly, as ole Joe has again and again alluded, he aspires to be another Franklin Delano Roosevelt. Yet, unlike FDR, who famously proclaimed to the nation, "We have nothing to fear but fear itself," ole Joe keeps trying to frighten the nation by giving us the heebie-jeebies.
There is a simple explanation for the employed and unending scare tactics of our president and his political party, though I fear most Americans are totally oblivious to it. Whether they are trying to traumatize us by threatening us with COVID, or other things, such as climate change, the goal is always the same. It is twofold. First, to scare us into surrendering our freedoms. Second, to scare us into subjugation to them, as our sovereign saviors. If they are successful in their attempt to transform us from being the home of the brave into the home of cowards, then, America we will no longer be the land of the free, but of the frightened and fettered!
