Ask yourself the question: What does abortion, slavery and the Holocaust all have in common? The answer is: The denial of personhood to all of their helpless victims!

Slavery was justified in these United States by the Supreme Court’s 1857 Dred Scott Decision. According to this infamous decision, slaves were only 3/5ths human. Therefore, the court ruled that they could be legally classified as property rather than persons and bought and sold by their owners.

Likewise, the Holocaust was made possible by the denial of personhood to its helpless victims. In 1935, Germany’s Nuremburg Laws were passed, laws which stripped all Jewish people of their rights. In the following year, 1936, the German Supreme Court ruled that Jews were not to be legally recognized as persons. Instead, Jewish people were viewed by the German government as “sub-humans” or, as Adolf Hitler wrote in Mein Kampf, parasites in the body of other peoples.

Just as the denial of personhood was once used by our government to strip slaves of their right to liberty and by Nazi Germany to strip Jews of all of their rights, it is now being used by our present-day government to strip unborn children of their right to life. For the past 47 years, our tyrannical government has played God and justified more than 60 million abortions under the guise of denying personhood to the unborn child.

In what is undoubtedly its most infamous decision ever, its 1973 Roe v. Wade Decision, the United States Supreme Court justified and made possible the unspeakable inhumanity of abortion on demand by dehumanizing the unborn child. What better way to disguise inhumanity than to claim that its victims are inhuman? Writing for the majority opinion, Justice Harry Blackman decreed: “The word ‛person’ as used in the 14th amendment [the amendment that forbids depriving any person of their right to life, liberty and property] does not include the unborn. The unborn have never been recognized in the law as persons in the whole sense.” Therefore, Blackmum concluded, “a fetus is not a person but only potential [human] life.”

In a televised town hall meeting Monday night, Joe Biden promised that he, if elected president, would codify abortion into law, if the Supreme Court should ever overturn its egregious Roe v. Wade Decision. Biden has also promised that if elected president he would repeal the Hyde Amendment, which would allow abortions to be federally funded. In other words, the federal government could pick the pockets of pro-life Americans and use our taxpayer dollars to pay for the exterminations of unborn children. When it comes to Biden’s running mate, Kamala Harris, she has repeatedly opposed all restrictions on abortion, restrictions on late term abortions, partial birth abortions, and even live birth abortions—leaving babies to die who survive botched abortions, so that their little bodies can be tossed into abortion clinic dumpsters.

I know how abortion—the American holocaust—is whitewashed by Democrat voters, in order to pad their consciences and to conceal the downright villainy of voting for prochoice candidates. They dubiously attempt to defend the indefensible by dimwittedly saying: “Good people can disagree on this subject” or “I’m not for abortion, but only for a woman’s right to choose.” Yet, the undeniable truth is; all good people are incensed with righteous indignation over this unconscionable barbarity against the most innocent among us. Furthermore, no voter is truly against it who continues to vote to allow it. Don’t kid yourself, like Lady Macbeth, who couldn’t wash off her hands the blood of the murdered King Duncan, Democrat voters can’t wash off their hands the blood of more than 60 million unborn children.
