To mark the five-year anniversary of his 8/28/2010 rally in Washington D.C., Glenn Beck held an 8/28/2015 rally in Birmingham, Alabama. Beck, a Mormon, called this year's rally "Restoring Unity." Following the rally, on 8/31, Beck reported on his website that David Barton, the founder of WallBuilders, thinks the "Third Great Awakening has now begun." According to Beck, on the flight home from the Birmingham rally David Barton told him "matter-of-factly" that a great awakening had begun, as was evidenced at the rally by "people of all different faiths walking together."
I've been preaching for some time that the younger generation's "rethinking church" is sinking Christianity. I even preached a series of sermons on "Hipster Christianity" to prove my point, as well as to explain its diabolical roots and how it has permeated the contemporary church in America. 
Yesterday, I wrote, much to this ole Tennessean's chagrin, how the politically correct insanity of our times has even scaled the slopes of Rocky Top. However, when it comes to that looney bin on the Potomac, which is better known as Washington DC, I've known for years that that asylum is being run by its politically correct inmates. There is currently no better evidence of it than our president's absolute determination to singlehandedly aid the world's number one state sponsor of terrorism in acquiring nuclear weapons. It's the modern-day equivalent to FDR aiding Hitler to acquire gas for concentration camps like Auschwitz during World War II.
It appears to me that the folks in charge on Rocky Top have rocks in their heads. Instead of using pronouns like she, her, hers and he, him, his in reference to people, the University of Tennessee's Office for Diversity and Inclusion is asking all UT instructors to teach incoming students to use gender-neutral pronouns such as "xe," "xym" and "xyr." According to UT's diversity office staff, not everyone in today's society identifies on a strict male-or-female basis, many identify themselves with a gender that's not strictly male or female.
