The Supreme Court heard arguments yesterday in favor of the legalization of same-sex marriage. We all know that the four most liberal justices on the court will rule in favor of same-sex marriage. We can also be reasonably sure that the four conservative justices will rule against the legalization of same-sex marriage, although Chief Justice John Roberts, to whom we owe the "constitutionality" of Obama Care, gives me the willies. This leaves the final decision in the hands of one man, the normal swing vote on the court, Anthony Kennedy. What Kennedy will do is easily predictable, since he has already shown his hand on this issue.

In 2013, Kennedy wrote the majority opinion that struck down the federal Defense of Marriage Act as unconstitutional. This federal law passed by congress in 1996 defined marriage as the “legal union between one man and one woman as husband and wife.” By striking down the federal Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA), the Supreme Court nullified the legal definition of marriage as a union between one man and one woman and opened the way for marriage to be redefined to accommodate all sexual preferences and perversions. In his majority opinion, Justice Kennedy, condemned all opponents of same-sex marriage for wanting to demean the “moral and sexual choices” of homosexuals and for wanting to humiliate “tens of thousands of children now being raised by same-sex couples.” In his scathing decent to the majority opinion, Justice Scalia said that such an indictment of everyone disagreeing with the majority opinion took “real cheek.” Then, Scalia forebodingly warned, “By formally declaring anyone opposed to same-sex marriage an enemy of human decency, the majority arms well every challenger to a state law restricting marriage to its traditional definition.”

The only way Justice Kennedy can rule against the legalization of same-sex marriage now is to reverse the majority opinion he wrote against the constitutionality of DOMA. How likely do you think it is for Kennedy to overrule and contradict himself? Furthermore, how likely do you believe it is for Kennedy to decide in favor of the biblical definition of marriage, when he has already declared, as Justice Scalia said, that everyone who believes in God's definition of marriage is a enemy of human decency.

I predicted in my message last Sunday morning that the SUPREME COURT WILL LEGALIZE SAME-SEX MARRIAGE. It's a no-brainer; anybody who is watching what is going on in America should be able to see this coming like a freight train. When it happens, all hell will break loose. It will be a shot heard around the world that begins this fallen world's final all-out-assault on Christ and all things Christian. In addition, as well as much to the chagrin of American evangelicals, this all-out, end-time war on Christians and the church will be led by a "beastly" America. I implored my congregation to prepare themselves and their families for the unprecedented end-time persecution and tribulation that is about to befall us. I posted a Time Capsule with a link to the video of Sunday's sermon on our website this past Monday. I'm doing so again today, with the hope that you will take the time to watch it and afterward tell others about it. Time is running out and the church must wake up. Your help in getting this timely message out to as many people as possible will be greatly appreciated!

Please understand that I'm under no illusion that I'm a great preacher or that the quality of our little church's videos would make Steven Spielburg envious. I'm equally sure you will not enjoy this message and probably even balk at some of its content, though I firmly believe it is scripturally irrefutable. However, the reason I'm imploring you to take the time to watch it and to share it with others is because of its critical importance in this critical hour.
