Obadiah 1:1 — Smug in its false sense of invulnerability, Edom, situated atop a perpendicular cliff, felt impregnable from divine indignation, but unbeknownst to it, the nations of the earth had already been summoned against it by Heaven for its total destruction.

No earthly position, no matter how high or seemingly invincible, is beyond the reach of divine indignation or immune from imminent destruction.
