I’ve been a serious student of the Scripture for more than half a century. Now, I don’t say this to boast, but to make a point. When I speak on the subject of the Scripture I don’t do so as a mere novice. At the same time, however, I claim no expertise. I concur with Sir Walter Scott, who once said: “The most learned, acute, and diligent student cannot, in the longest life, obtain an entire knowledge of the Bible. The more deeply he works the mine, the richer and more abundant he finds the ore.”

Having dove so deeply into the fathomless depths of the Holy Scripture for decades, I’ve emerged from the depths firmly convinced by both the Holy Scripture and the Holy Spirit that America is the iron and clay feet of Nebuchadnezzar’s nightmarish image. We are the end-time superpower that Daniel chapter two predicts will be pulled apart from within by the polarization of its own population prior to the Second Coming of Jesus Christ. As should be obvious to any openminded American, the class warfare and identity politics of America’s progressive politicians is precipitously bringing to pass this Biblical prediction in present-day America. 

I’m also firmly convinced that what is occurring in America today is both predicted and depicted in Daniel chapter three, where Nebuchadnezzar sets up a golden image to the sovereignty of both his rule and realm. All of Nebuchadnezzar’s subjects are commanded to bow in subjection before the image, which symbolizes the sovereignty to which they were supposedly subservient. When three Hebrews refuse to bow in subjugation to anything or anyone besides their God, they are thrown into a fiery furnace. However, Christ is with them in their fiery trail and they emerge from the fiery furnace with nothing burned off of them but the ropes that initially bound them.

Seemingly unbeknownst to most Americans today, even to most Christians in today’s America, we’re being commanded to bow in subjection to a sovereign state and its overlords, who have usurped sovereignty over our lives under the pretense of being our saviors. Whether it’s under the guise of saving us from a pandemic, from gun violence, from systemic racism, from climate change, or from some other declared danger, we’re being commanded by our government to bow in subjection to it as our sovereign. If we refuse to bow to our government, insisting instead that Christ alone is our Sovereign and Savior, we will soon find ourselves thrown into the throes of the Biblically predicted fiery trials of the last days. However, Christ will be with us in our fiery trials, the ropes that previously bound us will be burned off by their flames, and we’ll be eternally rewarded for faithfully enduring end-time tribulation for Christ’s sake.

Another thing that I’ve been firmly convinced of over the years by both the Holy Scripture and the Holy Spirit is that America is also the little horn of the fourth beast of Daniel chapter seven. Our country, like Daniel’s little horn, emerged from nowhere by uprooting three other powers. America, which was both unforeseen and unimaginable in Daniel’s day, emerged onto the world scene more than two thousand years later by uprooting its three colonizing powers—England, France, and Spain. Furthermore, America proceeded from its conception, just as the little horn was predicted to do by Daniel, to become the greatest power in the history of the world. Indeed, America is, as Daniel predicted the little horn would be, the world’s end-time superpower, which greatly blasphemes God by boasting such great things about itself.

Finally, and probably most unpalatable to America’s present-day evangelicals, I’m also firmly convinced by the Holy Scripture and the Holy Spirit that America is not only the book of Revelation’s “MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH, but is also currently morphing, right before our very eyes, into the first beast of Revelation chapter thirteen. Now, this will take some explanation, which I will provide in succeeding posts; Lord willing. Let it suffice for now, however, to simply state that today’s America is not yesterday’s America. Instead of a Christian nation, founded on the Judeo-Christian ethic, we’ve now become an antichrist and anti-Semitic nation that has actually elected for itself an anti-American government.  

As far-fetched as it may seem, this apparent absurdity is easily proven. The Democratic Party, which has been given by the American electorate the helm of both the executive and legislative branches of our government, hates America. They deplore everything America has ever stood for. Furthermore, they are hellbent on destroying it, in order to raise from its ashes their long dreamed of socialist utopia. To pull off their long envisioned new world order, Democrats, who condemn nationalism and champion globalism, must do away with America, which they perceive to be the greatest stumbling block to their worldwide socialist Shangri-La. 

Although you will be repulsed at what I’m about to say, and probably reject it outright, because the thought of such a thing will be absolutely intolerable to your patriotic sympathies and prickly sensibilities, Democrats are destined, as the Bible predicts, to succeed. However, they will do so under a sovereign God who will use them to bring His judgment upon our God-forsaking nation, which has become the Biblically predicted “MOTHER OF HARLOTS” by transforming itself from a Christian nation into an antichrist nation.

Following their successful destruction of America and creation of a new world order, the world’s democratic socialists will be surprised to discover that they’ve failed to create heaven on earth, as they previously envisioned, but have created hell on earth, as they never imagined. They will usher in the worst hell on earth lost humanity has ever known, which will need to be cut short by Christ’s soon return, lest no flesh should be left alive on this fallen planet. Of course, when Christ returns, these malignant antichrists who were used by God to judge and destroy America will be mercilessly judged and destroyed themselves by Christ.
