You've heard of the long arm of the law, but how about the long arm of District Judge James Boasberg's "equitable powers"? According to Boasberg, the chief judge of the District of Columbia, his extensive "equitable powers" extend to turning planes around over international waters, in order to return deported Venezuelan Tren de Aragua gangsters to our country. Furthermore, Boasberg also believes he can strong-arm the president with his "equitable powers," even to the point of usurping the powers of the presidency for himself and seizing control over the White House from his courthouse. If this little tinpot judicial tyrant isn't impeached, but permitted to continue to swing his wooden gavel around like it is a golden scepter, then, our Constitution will be undermined and our constitutional government overthrown, just as Thomas Jefferson predicted it one day would be under the iron-fists of judicial oligarchs, like James Boasberg. Here's a truth most Americans are totally oblivious to, though Thomas Jefferson forewarned us about it as well, our representative republic is presently being "slyly and without alarm" imperiled by our imperious judiciary in a way that "open force would not dare attempt." Neither terrorist organizations, like Tren de Aragua, nor an adversarial axis of evil, like Vladimir Putin's Russia, Xi Jinping's China, the mad mullahs of Iran, and North Korean "rocket man" Kim Jong Un, present a greater danger to today's America than does our present plethora of pompous judicial despots, like Judge James Boasberg. With judges like Boasberg, we don't need any enemies, having a most formidable one in this little legal Lord Fauntleroy, who needs his hiney spanked with a rolled up Constitution.
